I’m frustrated

Updates (especially for the mobile) please. Repeat request.

Hi, 3 months ago I asked if you will give us some updates etc. Today I received the automatic mail about buying a renewal. But I never received an answer. I love the basic layout of your paspartout and the simplicity of making my own site. I am a fan of your system for 7 years and I don't want to quit, but I feel like we should be getting at least an easy to use mobile site. Now every time I show something on my iphone, it is impossible, it is buggy you cannot seem.
Ps it is a pity I cannot contact you directly about this via an email.

    Hi Rivka,

    We are aware of the problem and are planning a much-needed update next year.
    It is however not an easy task because we will have to set up a parallel system, which will effectively be Paspartout v3.0.

    User experience in the backend will remain the same but brought into current time.
    In general, everything will be simplified and unnecessary features that are not being used will be removed.

    In the end, you as an end user will have the choice to stay on the old system as it is or migrate to the new one.
    Look and feel of your website will keep its simplicity, but fully functional on all possible devices.

    It's a big job on which we can not yet give an ETA.
    Early next year we will have a better idea on the timescale.

    I most definitely understand the magnitude of such an update, and I am very glad to hear that you have put this on the agenda, yay.
    If you need a guinea pig to try some stuff out, let me know I will gladly be of some 'objective' :P assistants to y'all. I have been able to help professionally and personally several sites and software for some user interface advice/tips.
