PayPal ask me to add a new credit card??

I have joined PayPal since 2006 and my account is verified and linked with 2 credit cards. I just started to buy goods from eBay only this year.

But when I want to pay for what I have won, PayPal often asked me to add a new Credit Card. I have linked and verified 2 of my credit cards and still got the same problems. The available credit of these 2 cards are more than enough for me to pay for anything that I bought.

I have contacted the support many many times and no one seems to care. All they ask me is just to be patience and keep trying. No any real solutions were provided. I wouldn't mind submitting any other proofs or verification if needed in order to be able to pay items I have won. But none were asked.

As I am new in eBay and want to maintain a good record, this won't help me in achieving that.

My main complain is that nobody from PayPal even tried to solve my problems. All they could come up with some stupid excuses without telling me the main reason for this to happen or how do I solve it. After several inquiries, all I get is a reply like this:

This really makes me look BAD!!!!

What else should I do???

The ugly thing is that the PayPal support reps doesn't even have any idea what I am talking about. My account wasn't on-hold or suspended or need any account restoration. I can't find nothing that ask me to do anything like what he/she said about account restoration on my Account Overview page. I bet he didn't even check my account like he/she said in his/her mail.

And worst, there were no emails or names for me to follow up or contact as I can NOT reply to his/her mail. That means I have to lodge another inquiry and re-explain what is my situation.

I just think this is stupid...
