We have a town hall meeting planned with our students in a few days so can we get access to some of our survey results before the our fielding period has closed?

Is it possible for us to access preliminary results before our survey is officially closed?

  • No, for several reasons....

    1. To protect the confidentiality of the respondents;

    2. Our cost structure is based on the production of one report per fielding period and the timing of your report production is based on the end date of your survey; and

    3. Partial results can provide erroneous interpretation especially for small sample sizes that are indicative of graduate management programs.

    Topline results are typically ready within a few weeks after the data collection period closes. Please time your survey fielding so that you have results in time to meet such needs as town hall meetings and presentation deadlines.
