What are my options for paying for the survey (credit card, check, bank transfer, etc.)?

We are preparing to aply the Student Entry Survey in this month but I want to know how can I do the payment for the Survey, the count number, bank, swift, and if we can do it with a bank transfer.

  • You will receive our bank account information on the invoice when you register for a MBA Lifecycle survey. The invoice will generate automatically with registration. Also, you will have the option to pay via credit card if that is more convenient.

  • Please be sure to reference the project and your school and program name when submitting payment outside of our Freshbooks invoice system especially if utilizing a wire transfer.

    Sometimes, your accounts payable department may have submitted payment to Percept Research without referencing the specific invoice number or project name (this happens often with wire transfers). When this occurs, it is difficult for us to determine how to apply the payment to your invoice. We try our best to match up amounts with the origination of wire transfers, but this is difficult given the volume and identical fees for common registration selections.

    Additionally, banks typically levy fees for the wire transfer and this fee may have been taken out of the payment amount intended for Percept Research. This will leave a difference to be paid from the original invoice amount and the amount due. If you plan to utilize a wire transfer for payment, please note the following:

    1. Ensure there is a reference to the Percept Research invoice number from your specific invoice.
    2. Please send proof of payment with the Percept Research invoice number to finance@perceptresearch.com and copy your Project Manager.
    3. Ensure any and all bank fees are accounted for in addition to full payment of the invoice. We require that $30 USD are added to payments made by wire transfer to compensate for the bank fees.

    If you believe that all payments have been made and you have not received your report in a timely manner, please contact your Project Manager to resolve any issues.
