I am having a problem with syncing to my philips gogear. I will select sync and it will begin converting and then it just hangs. It never converts the music to the player and what little music I have left is erased from the player and none will be put back on. Is there a solution?
I am experiencing the same issue. The support group has advised me to delete and reload Songbird software, after doing this 4 times I finally told the support person I will not do it again. Each time speaking with the support group I never get a corrective solution to the problem and I am not sure if they know how to repair the problem. Songbird says it is converting music for device but it just sits there spinning and nothing is being downloaded to my MP3 player. If this issue is not corrected soon, I will return the player for a refund and so with another product. Will check with consumer product and see their recommendations.
