Does anyone actually work in customer service there at USM?

I've called and emailed several times (via your web form) trying to get an RMA for warranty service on my helix board.

Again a special thanks to Dave Miller for resolving my issue with my Helixboard 12 plus and Tom Jones for the fast shipping. That was some old school customer service!

I setup a topic here about my need for a power supply for MM1705 mixer. It was deleted from this forum and I never got an answer.

Maybe rlitonjua9 knows the secret knock or whatever needs to be done. I've had no such luck.
