Right now I am using sticky footer jquery code on my site www.m-jeans.com so that when you resize the browser the footer sticks to the bottom. But, on the shop page since I started using Phpurchase, sticky footer is not working anymore.
I also looked up similar problems where people found that their jquery wasn't working and they used a non conflict code but I am unsure where to place it. I tried placing the sticky footer code within the non conflict code but it didn't work.

1) Make sure that your plugin or theme is not loading jquery on its own. PHPurchase loads jquery through the enqueue_script() function which ensures that its only loaded once
2) Make sure if the theme or plugins use jquery that they dont use the $() mode but instead either use jQuery() or the noConflict() mode
3) I recommend using css instead of js for design elements like making things stick to a certain area of the site.
