I’m frustrated

How can I change the order of items in my list?

I have added a great deal of accounts for the various businesses I consult for, allowing me to take a look at their metrics in a glance whilst on the phone etc.

When I was adding the items I didn't add them in any particular order as I assumed I'd be able to change this later, but it appears that I can't. Is this correct. If so why?
