Can not log into Pixelpipe or change password.

I can not log into Pixelpipe or change password, however I can still post from my iphone but not my Android...I can only guess this is the death of pixelpipe!

Sounds like you can't remember your log-in. You can look up your log-in under settings on the app or reset your password at http://pixelpipe.com/signin/reset

Are you entering an email address or a username? If it's an email address, did you bother to look in your spam folder yet?

I'm using an email address from the forgot password link. I've checked the spam and junk Gmail folders. I've even sent mail to the acct. to make sure it is getting mail. Still nothing after 2 days...

The emails arrive in just a few seconds, we've tested the reset & can't figure out what you are doing wrong.

Yes, it says check your email in a few secs but nothing ever comes in. I've got a hundred emails to that address so I know it works. Is there a way to change the email address to rule that out? I think it's the app and or program! I can still post to my pipes and I'm not even signed in.

Yes, open the iPhone app & go to Settings. The 3rd option down would allow you to see you email address & change your password

That's the problem when I go to edit account it asks me to sign in. It's like a loop...

It will post to Twitter even though the app is not signed in. So I tried signing in to pixelpipe with Twitter but it says "an internal occurred while signing in"

Your account had been disabled. Either you deleted it at some point or we discovered you were uploading forbidden content.

It's been re-enabled, we'll give you a 2nd chance.

Hey there Brett.. First, let me thank you for being here. It sure is great that PP.users can gain from your input here. If not for your help, these problems would certainly be the reason for a lot of people abandoning PixelPipe.

Anyway.. I have what might be the same problem.. I just can't tell for sure.
