I purchased two canvas prints that I am not happy with. What is your return policy?

I purchase a canvas of my photo Tyvola and Park. I used the the adjustment on the order screen to readjust the picture. The shrubs in the lower portion of the pictured don't show up at all even after adjustment. I also purchased Man in Snow and it is so dark and I am disappointed with it too. Do you have a return policy?

    Thank you for responding. I would like a reprint of the attached photo but is there a way for you make sure the shrubs at the bottom are on the canvas and not on the bottom edge? I made the adjustment before ordering it but the shrubs do not appear on the picture. They appear on the bottom edge. Do I need to send this one back to you?

    As for the Man in Snow picture. The more I look at it, the more I think that is my editing error. I had a regular print made of this picture and it is bright but the canvas is dark pixilated (is that a word?) which gives it a very drab look. Here is the link for that picture, see what you think. I believe I will keep it and maybe try to doctor it up a bit. Do you know if you can use paint on these canvas's? I have an idea for fixing it.

    I've got to tell you that I Iove the canvas prints. I've ordered canvas prints from Walgreens, Walmart and Snapfish and Pixoto's prints are by far the absolute best. Having the back closed in makes them look so much more classy than the typical open back canvas. I found a coffee shop in Charlotte near where I work that sells local art. So far I have sold three canvas prints there and earlier this year I sold two to a friends landlord.

  • Lori - I'm sorry about the canvas getting cropped improperly. Our system did not save any of your re-crop information for some reason. Did the preview on the shopping cart page look OK? In any case I have credited back your card for the price of this photo so that you can re-order it. Please note that we are having a 33% Off "cyber weekend" sale starting on Friday so depending on when you need it - it might make sense to wait. When you do re-order please send it to me so that I can make sure the crop data came though OK.

    As for the other photo - it looks rather dark on my monitor and roughly corresponds to what I see in the print that you have posted. Canvas will, in general, have a flatter look than a print due to the texture. Our canvas' are coated so I would imagine that most paints will not stick. It would be an interesting experiment though.

    Thank you so much the refund and for helping me. The picture looked just right on the preview but somehow changed and ended up being to low. I will take your advice and wait until Friday to reorder it. I may even order more...love a sale, you know! You never said if I needed to send the bad one back or not??

    I am going to re-edit the man in snow picture to see if I can brighten it up a bit and reorder it if I can make it look decent. Since we rarely get snow in the Charlotte area I think it would be a good sale. I think I will take the one I have to the craft store and see if they can make a suggestion. I bought some oil paint pens a while back and that might be enough to work, who knows. I'll let you know. I am not much of a painter but its a shame to not try something with it.

    I just purchased the reprint of my picture. The shrubs were showing when I hit enter. I chose black wrap this time for the edges and I think that helped. Hope you can see it. Going to do more canvas shopping now.
