I’m frustrated ... I want to start uploading again.

Purchased credits not received

Yesterday, I purchased 1,000 credits twice. Both transactions went through to my VISA card, but I only received the first 1,000 credits. The second 1,000 credits, which are bought and paid for, have not been applied to my account.

I emailed the Pixoto admins (Jason and CEO addresses) yesterday, but have yet to receive any reply. How can I get my credits, so I can begin uploading again?

This does not fill me with confidence about making more purchases on your site. Please fix this, and advise immediately.
