Unable to sign out

I still can not sign out of pixoto, and I still have received no response.

Rand. Sorry for the late response. We haven't seen this issue before. What browser are you using? Perhaps trying logging out of facebook, clearing you browser cache, and then closing your browser, reopen and go to Pixoto and see if you are logged out...

Hello Jason! Sorry for the snark, but am getting frustrated. I am using Firefox 16.0.2 and tried your steps, but still no logout. I opened Safari and was NOT logged in there, so then I logged in to pixoto on Safari (using my pixoto password - not facebook) and then, after a few unsuccessful attempts, did log out there. But, back on Firefox I am still getting NO response from the log off button.

I just tried something that worked, but I do not know why. I control clicked the sign off button, chose open in another tab, and pixoto opened in that tab with me signed out. I closed both pixoto tabs, opened pixoto again, and am still signed out. I have NOT yet tried to sign in again to test the sign out...

Just tried again - still can not sign out by clicking button, but CAN by opening sign out button in new tab. Huh.
