I've been trying out Plancast for a few weeks now. The idea is very good. I do a lot of things that aren't on Facebook. The main thing that is problematic for me right now is that events I say I am going to or might go to do not appear automatically here.
I cannot possibly be bothered to cut and paste stuff out of Facebook! I also want to be able to send things to Plancast from my Outlook calendar. Not every little thing, of course, but some things.
Do you allow people to follow me if they do not sign up for Plancast? If not, you should.
Also, why don't more of my Facebook friends appear in the "invite" dialog? It's full of people who live in SF. Some logical ordering by proximity would be smart. I'd love to see all my FB friends based in the town I am adding the event to instead of only people who have joined Plancast.
You might think it is important to get registered users, but it isn't. It's important to get users.
It could be great if you would suggest me to plan going to public Facebook events my friends have said they will or might go to. I used to use this on Facebook all the time, but since the last update, I can't find it anymore.
That's all I have for now. This kind of service could be very good for me, so I hope it works.

Thanks for this feedback, Tracy -- really thoughtful.
Your Facebook events *should* be automatically importing, though. At least the public ones.
Have you checked here to make sure importing is enabled?
You can also export events to Outlook -- check out the export instructions in the lower-right area of your profile page.
As for inviting Facebook friends, we can only show the ones who are registered on Plancast. There's unfortunately no good way to list other friends who aren't on the service.
