can plaxo sync attachments within a task?

So quite a few years ago I had plaxo (it never really worked for me at the time so I dumped it) and here I find myself testing it again..

..Not for the super intelligent contact card system but because I want to keep my outlook tasks in sync across 3 devices:

1. Desktop Pc
2. Mobile (Samsung Galaxy S3iii)
3. Laptop PC

I'm yet to see how item 2 fits in to the equation (as I don't have it yet - good bye iphone) so my attention right now is items 1 & 2 and specifically how I sync the task content (attachments such as emails, excel, word etc) - text works fine but I just cant work out what I am doing wrong..!

So how do I sync the task's attachments..

Thanks in advance

    Hello,

First off, we're happy to have you back as a customer. We do support #1 & #3 - Desktop sync & Laptop sync (using Outlook) assuming you’re using Outlook, #2 - Mobile sync (using Gmail). You can simply download the Plaxo for Outlook toolbar and we'll do the rest :).

Now answering the other question related to attachments synchronization - unfortunately, Plaxo does not have the feature to sync attachments in tasks to or from Plaxo. Since large sized attachments can hamper or severely slow down the synchronization process between your sync points. Also, your Android phone (SIII) syncs with Plaxo through your Google account. Currently, Plaxo supports sync of contacts between Plaxo and Google. Task sync feature is currently not supported.

Feel free to let me know (at helpme(at)plaxo dot com) if you need any help in setting things up and I’ll be happy to help. We ask you to email us due to privacy reasons and we wouldn't want you to post personally identifiable information in a public forum.
