Comcast Xfinity offers bi-directional synchronizing between COMCAST and Outlook. To do so I have to download and install Plaxo. So here I am in Plaxo but find NO link back to Comcast address book. I just entered 36 names in my comcast address book, hoping to download them into my desk top and lap top computers. Can't! Please, is there an answer?

EMPLOYEE0Hi Wayne - Thank you for getting in touch. Yes, using Plaxo, you should be able to sync all the contacts from Xfinity to your desktop & laptop computers... Basically, if your @comcast.net account is linked to your Plaxo account, then the contacts should sync without any problems. I’ll have to check your account, in order to find out if they are linked properly. Could you please email me your account details, so that I can verify and assist you further?
Thank you for the response, but it doesn't help. And I'm not clear what you want in requesting "account details."
But first, I did log on to my comcast.net account. My email address book shows 52 contacts. on the comcast page I tried export to ms Outlook. The produced an Excel spread sheet, but no hint about how to proceed.
Every attempt at logging onto Plaxo pops up a window pushing an upgrade to platinum. When I select "do not upgrade" and hit "next" the question is about exiting setup. It's a dead end. If I say yes, Plaxo disappears. If I say no, I"m forced back to the question.
I just now tried a Plaxo window plaxo.com/export/plaxo_ab_outlook.cvs
That responds by telling me I have nothing in the Plaxo address book.
