Changed reply in topic of no food!!!!! by Rowan to Hi Doreen
We're aware of a couple outstanding glitches in the drive-thru system.
There are plans to rework the system to handle things more robustly in the near future however for the moment, if you continue serving food eventually it should start counting again.

I hope that helps!
Best Regards
Rowan.

Changed reply in topic of Deleting gifts from possible hackers by Rowan to Hi Dawn
I can say with some certainty that your account is not at any risk from gifts sent by hacked accounts.

I can also say that Facebook doesn't use accounts like "Fb-Safety Policy" in any official capacity, so it's either a friend choosing to name themselves weirdly or as you suggest, they've been hacked.
I've checked and your friend is not alone, it seems that quite a few people have found their accounts being renamed like that.
I'd recommend telling the friend to perform malware checks on their computer and change their facebook login details.
Just as a reminder, Facebook (and playdemand) will never ask for your login details and if we or they do, you should disregard the message entirely and report it through official channels

But to answer your question, we don't have a mechanism for deleting gifts without receiving them, but as I said, there's no risk in accepting the gift, with them removed as a friend you won't even have sent them a response!

Best Regards
Rowan.

Changed reply in topic of Level 74-8 by Rowan to Hi Patricia
I'm looking at the level now, I'm really uncertain what Shiny black ball you're talking about.
Maybe if you could explain in more detail?

It's a tough level though and you're not the only one to mention it.
As far as tactics go, I recommend cutting it into sections and dropping it rather than matching every little bit.
Try and pop the top-row bubbles as early as possible, open up holes.

Best Regards
Rowan.

Changed reply in topic of Stoves from coin & cash disappeared upon refreshing by Rowan to Hi Barbie

It shouldn't make any difference which tab you use, there's no need to change habits!

but could you elaborate more on the "invisible" items? I've heard occasional reports of something similar and this sounds like the root of the problem to me.
I'm thinking this happens every time items are disappearing, and being invisible, people don't always notice it.

How do you know they're there if they're invisible? Is there some visual component still there? like the glow when you mouse over them?

I have reimbursed you for your lost items and some extra.
And thanks again for continuing to help! I really appreciate it.
Rowan

EDIT:
Upon intensive testing, I have managed to make invisible items fairly reliably..still trying to figure out why it happens, but it's a start!
Doesn't lose items or mess with the inventory though, I'm starting to think that's a separate issue..

Changed reply in topic of Stoves from coin & cash disappeared upon refreshing by Rowan to Thanks Barbie
Everything you've said is really helpful, thank you!

I've found the section now.
Reading through the event logs,
you opened the Edit view and placed the stoves from the store rather than the inventory window
You then apparently placed 16 red stoves and 9 white stoves, though I think there may be some extra data being recorded, maybe some double-clicking or what-have-you.
Once you had done that, you closed the shop and then maximised the game. That's our last data for that session.

Our event-logs don't record when items are removed or placed in the game world, so If you remember, what did your window look like while you were removing the soda fountains?
Were you on the initial "items and collections" page with the Star symbol or did you go straight into the shop before removing stuff from your diner?

The biggest problem we're having with this bug is that we have never been able to make it happen on our systems, so we're trying to get every scrap of information that might help!

Best Regards
Rowan.
