now i have buildables missing...... what is going on here?

Your user id is 10201007639553540...... DOES ANYBODY WORK HERE ON THESE PROBLEMS????????? i am missing 11 stoves, 11 ovens for which i have already complained about and i have gotten no answer. now i am missing buildables out of my inventory! fix it please.

Im missing all 9 of my buildables cooktops from my inventory , can you please give them back it show's they where completed but they are gone I need them for my next event . Please fix this ASAP
