Rating playdemand, here to help players, your game and your inability to make it fun

i have rated you as a '0' i don't feel like this company is here to help its players you have never responded to my questions i have asked, i have asked you to reply and then on one out of 3 topics you said been busy will get back to you, never did. you created a fun game but don't seem to update to keep players excited and with regular content that can be enjoyed by a daily player, if we play occasionally then maybe it would. But i want a game that i can play daily but i think this diner game is not going to be one i will. when you do put new things in the game it creates more problems and last update was a month of trying to fix the problems and this latest update we got problems again. what is the point of trying to play the game and help people you have made it troublesome and near impossible when we accepted to help and serve foods we fall off the orders were helping on so they lose the foods we cook. then we get abusive messages cause we left friends jobs. this is too much for me to handle i'm losing friends because of your game. I'm losing patience and i got friends messaging me not nice stuff and other friends quitting the game now to.
you game thats doing this, why rate you high, when the game is crap. fix the game!!!!!!!!!!

    This game was recommended to me... since playing i have not really understood how my friend was so excited about the game. I am more use to games that have new stuff once a month or more often. And games where support can be reached 24/7 since most online games are being played at all times of the day in all areas of the world. I still play because my friend still plays. The game could be fabulous. If they work put some effort into it. please dont talk to me about small staff or limited funding. for all the various ad pop ups i see while online..funding is there.. they just have to go for it. once they have funding..hire staff...make a better game..people will then start spending and oh guess what.. now there is a cash flow. advertisers would join and pay this company simply due to how many people do actually play this game.

    Both of you have valid points. And time changes people, companies and things. When i started this game there were "bugs" some are still in the game some are not. we often went months with nothing new as we have recently done again. for a while we were getting new stuff about once every 6 weeks or so. in my opinion, that was when the game was the BEST. It is not what it was. It could be again. However, in my life i do live by the saying you can lead a horse to water but can not make it drink... we can lead play demand to the ideas we want.. but they do not have to make the changes. if they are proud/happy of their product they would listen to us and do the things necessary to make the game better. And funding or small staff should not be excuses. they got the game this far on small staff/low funds.. they should be able to continue to improve the game, fix the errors

    lmao, we have the issue of we have problems with game on saturday or sunday, and need to have help from support, but since support works banker hours we can not get help when we need it. and if it relates to an order might as well just hit cancel and start over due to time lost waiting to see if support will help.. let alone simply be at work to help. Yes, i am annoyed. I am having issues today.. but why bother saying what they are when it will be 18 hours until i MIGHT get lucky and get a response.. not a fix, but response... heck fixes are rare.. it always seems that our issues are responded to with "well, can you tell me what you were doing at the time?" or stuff like that.. um.. duh, i was trying to play the flippin game. how is that for what i was doing at the time? 1pm to 3pm EST Sunday June 5th 2016 (1596223094) oh yeah, yes i am trying to work on an order. dont fret, or break a sweat Support, would not want you to really have to do any work now since this game is your job... my friends have my back and are very helpful.

    I get no response to help requests. My cash rewards have not been posting to my wall for almost a year and I have requested help numerous times under several different headings. PlayDemand has not responded nor have they fixed the game. I guess Diner Life is low priority or they have no intention of continuing the game.
