The game has not been loading for the past two days. I can access other games but not this one. Is the site down for maintenance or did someone in IT forget to reboot the server???? WE all know if there is a problem we are always told to REBOOT give it a try!!!!

Hello Rita!

Have you tried if the game loads up correctly with some other browser than Internet Explorer? It is possible that when the game doesn't work using one browser, another one works perfectly fine.

We suggest testing some other browsers, for example:
Chrome https://www.google.com/chrome?hl=en-gb
or Firefox http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/...

Please let us know if another browser works. That would help us locate the possible problem!

Hi everyone!

We've been doing some testing in-house and have located one possible reason for some of the reported loading problems.

In short, Bubbles IQ requires Flash local storage to be enabled - if it's been disabled the game will fail when it tries to load (one symptom of this is an error message stating the connection timed out).

Please confirm that you have Flash local storage enabled and set to 100 kilobytes or more.

If you need assistance with verifying or changing this setting, let me know! In the meanwhile we are looking into ways of keeping Bubbles IQ's functionality but removing the local storage requirement.

Additionally, Bubbles IQ player Allan had this success story to share:

"After having trouble loading this I decided to try a bit of a clean up of my computer. Running Disk Cleanup still left a lot of "Temporary" files so I decided to manually delete them all, reasoning that "temporary" should mean exactly that.
Hey presto, Bubbles IQ loaded up on the first attempt. This leads me to conclude that a cookie, or other temporary file, is stored for each person who logs into Facebook and/or Bubbles IQ. This is the only way my wife could play and I couldn't until I deleted those files."
