After a few users submit their comments to a talk, the comments "textbox" is buried to the bottom of the screen and requires a vertial scroll to reach. This prevents many users to submit verbal comments and they quit after submitting their ratings (Delivery, Content).
I have 2 suggestions to make the "comments" input section more accessible.
1. Make the "comments" input section to stay on top of the comments submitted by users
2. Create a copy of the text box underneath the rating sliders (Delivery, Content, Comment) so that users can submit all at once.

Your two options both sound reasonable, although option 1 sounds the most plausible at the moment. I'll hopefully have an update soon.
