Practice Fusion IS NOT ABLE TO TRANSMIT DATA TO Michigan Immunization Registry (MCIR). Moreover, Practice Fusion LIED TO OUR PRACTICE. They wrote: "I'm not sure who communicated this to you, but we have several practices submitting patient immunization files to MCIR without issue." THIS IS A LIE. We have been talking to MCIR since January and they have repeatedly told us that PF has not gone through the steps to meet thier submission criteria. I emailed MCIR the LIE from PF and they responded: "The [email] has no meaning for MCIR. Practice Fusion needs to be able to send messages to MCIR according to the specification guide. So far have not been able to."Practice Fusion service is beyond deplorable. I have been calling for weeks because MCIR suggested that our Practice could serve as the pilot practice to get PF up and running and submitting data to MCIR but I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REACH SOMEONE TO TALK TO ABOUT THIS FOR WEEKS. The email help tickets I created were effectively IGNORED.
