What kinds of softwares can I use to create animation effects on Prezi? I know Flash is compatible. What about Adobe Aftereffects?

Do I create the animations and save them as pictures before pulling into Prezi? Do I need to hit a "play" button for it to work?

Help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi Jessi Dprezi,

once you have your animation (swf file) you can insert directly - there are a multitude of software programmes that can do this for you - you can import SWF animations in to Prezi or a video of an animation (this is more After effects is my understanding). You can see more here https://prezi.zendesk.com/entries/224...

It is possble to convert animated gif files in to swf files and insert them as well - these can be found all over the internet. However interactive animations are not supported by Prezi (although it is still possible) so using looping animations is the current way to do this.

Hope this helps

cheers

John
