Can't log in to my new paid account

Hey I've just suscribed to a $50 account, I logged off and when I tried to log back in it didnt recognize my mail, I've tried the Forgot Password form and nothing. I didn't recieve any invoce but yet I checked with American Express and I have been charged. Help!!

Luis,

It sounds like you forgot the email you used to create your Prezi account. You should be able to login and if you have sent yourself a new password and didn't receive it via email you could have typed your email in wrong when you first signed up. We don't check to see if emails are valid unless it is an EDU account. Also we only charge you after the 30 day free trial. So if it is pasted the 30 days and you were in fact charged, you again should have received an email, but you can also get the invoice from your Settings page. I've just emailed you with a personal account that starts with "thenepol" because I can't acces to the Prodigy account if not from work. I'll wait for your response and thank you a lot!

And American express told me that I had registered my credit card with prezi and not necessarily charged, I may have made a mistake. Still I need some of the premium features for a presentation for this week so I'll appreciate the quick help. Thanks!
