Can't Pay Prezi to Upgrade

I'm trying to upgrade to an EDU Pro subscription and keep getting the error message below (regardless of the type of card I use):

"Payment error
An error occurred during processing your request.
YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED.

This transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later."

Guy, I have work to get done. What is the problem?

Unfortunately this is an known Paypal error we have been experiencing. In order to send you something to pay manually, I will need the email address you use for Prezi and the license you are trying to purchase. I'm so sorry for your inconvenience.

Yes, our whole paying system is run through Paypal.

I can't pay for my upgrade. I tried all day long to pay with creditcard. Does this happen every now and then?

i've tried repeteadly to upgrade from free account to a 159 dollar one using my credit card VISA and it doesn't work, keep getting an error.

Please contact me via email to sort out this problem,
i'd like to start using the offline prezi desktop tool and have more storage for my company

I am trying to set up an account and I keep getting a message saying there is a problem and to try back later. I have tried two different cards, both of which are good cards, and I still cannot get an account set up...Help!!! 903-521-7191

Hi i tried to registered with the 59 dollar account it is not possible i always get an error message" try again later" . Then i tried the free account, it was also not possible!!! i try it now since 1 hour over and over again !!!!

Hello everyone,

I am so sorry for all of your frustration, but there is nothing Prezi can do about this right now, as it is a Paypal error! We are looking for a fix, but in the meantime please send the info I listed above to my address and we will help you all out.

Alyssa, I emailed you 6 hours ago and have received nothing from you except "Thanks for letting us know. I have to send this to my colleague with works with the Paypal accounts, but we will try to send you something asap!"

How long is ASAP?

Everyone,

Our billing system in run through Paypal, that means all transactions, whether they be paying with Paypal or paying with a credit card (mastercard, visa, amex) goes through Paypal. We know it is happening so please send us your info so we can help you out faster.

Hi Prezi-Staff!

I try to pay for Prezi; however, the system does not charge my CC at all.
It is the second day in a row, i have tried it with VISA and MC. It does only say "Your card has not been charged".

Hi, I am trying to sign up for Prezi Pro licence, but it is not accepting my data. Is there a problem? I filled in everything wanted, also my Visacard information, but it always tells me I am not being charged, there is a problem and I should come back later.

I have been trying without success to find a way to get in touch with someone who deals with billing. I would like to resolve my issue without having to dispute the charge through my bank. Since no phone numbers are posted on the site and a web search yielded numbers that were not answered, I am running out of options. I understand that the sales department does not handle billing questions, but I need to know what department does. I have not received a response from any of the emails I sent to the "contact us" links. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem trying to renew using a credit card. I've sent emails to Alyssa and Sales and have not received a response - not even an automated "we've received your message".

I guess Prezi has given us up. We have been using Prezi since it became available. However now Prezi does not allow us renew our accounts. This is extremely unfair. as our prezentaions with our ideas are now locked in Prezi. What can I do? Just forget Prezi and work on another free platform.
