Hi all - I am trying to copy frames ("slides") that I am using from templates which I can then edit but it just doesn't seem that simple. Is it possible to copy a frame that you have just edited & saved, make a copy of it as the next frame & then go in and amend it accordingly?

Not 100% sure if this is what you are trying to do, so if not, sorry.

Select the entire frame so that all contents are include (hold Shift key down and drag mouse around entire frame); release. Now that everything is selected within the frame, right click and then Copy. Move mouse away from the selected frame and right click, then paste. Drag the newly pasted frame/contents to the area that you want it placed (while it has the zebra associated with it).

Hi Rick - this seems to work thanks very much. However, the writing is too big all of a sudden (format seems to be all over the place) & I can't seem to replicate the slide exactly as the previous one in terms of its layout & size etc?

Can you provide a link to the Prezi?

I have had numerous issues with text when I work in Prezi Desktop, but never when working online. The Prezi Desktop issue has not been addressed completed via Prezi "support".

Rick - thanks heaps. I have sorted. It's a shame Prezi just doesn't let you highlight a frame in one go & then simply drag & drop. I ended up using your suggestion & worked out how to get the font etc all lined up with a fair bit of fiddling but I got there in the end.

Cheers mate.
