Help! How do you edit your paths?? If I try to click and drag a number, when I let go, it just goes back to its original place. I also can't figure out how you can delete ONE path. It just looks like you can delete the entire path, not one individual stop. Do I really have to redo the entire path just to move one spot? :(

Connie,
It can take a bit of practice to get the hang of it but sounds like you're on your way. It helps to zoom out so you can see the whole prezi and then drag the numbered ball (that you want to remove) away from the prezi (towards the edge of your screen). When you release it should delete that ball. You certainly don't have to delete the entire path.

In case you haven't watched the step-by-step tutorial, it may help:

Oooh, thank you!! What if you just want to move it? Is there a way to do that?

Move what? A path ball? Drag it to the desired item.

Then that means that something is layered on top of the image or a giant image is behind/front of it. You'll have to play around with the layering by using "Send back" and "bring forward" (on the + sign on the zebra).

I tried playing with this based on someone else's comment here and I found that if I create a frame near where I want to remove the numbered path ball and drag the ball to it, the ball disappears. Then, after you switch out of path mode, delete the frame. It worked for me.

Each 'ball' is where the path is attached to that 'slide'. If you use the slide navigator on the left of the screen, you can see each 'shot' or slide that will be seen on the path during your presentation.

If you hoover your mouse over a slide, a red X appears in the upper right corner. Simply click on that and the slide disappears, and that 'ball' on the path disappears. The artwork, or image will still be present on your presentation, it just won't be a 'stop' on your path.

Hope that helps.
