I get the extra frames when I start adding a path. When I've finished the path I have so many frames in my prezi that I have problems working on it. I can hardly see the objects because of the jungle of frames. WHAT IS THIS?! I'm working on my desk top version and I have a pro account. And I've paid 159 dollars. Please fix this. And it doesn't help me to get a complicated description of how to get rid of them from some other user. I'm not good enough with computers to solve the problem that way. The staff should fix the problem and stop the extra frames from coming.

Hi

If you click on Capture View (in the path bubble menu) an invisible frame (invisible in "Show mode" not in "Edit mode") is added and a path step is set to it. But there is no need to use Capture View in order to make a path step, you should be in Path mode, and then click on the items you want to zoom into.

Let me know if this fixes your problem.

I'm new and almost done with my first Prezi. I created a frame and had trouble finding where to click so that I can move the frame along with the text box. I finally moved the text box to another location with a new bracket frame but I can't get rid of the original frame. It's a big rectangle on my page. I've tried clicking all over the rectangle and nothing. I can't even get a send forward or back option. It's just there. Any suggestions for getting rid of it?

Thanks Lena for asking this ??, I'm having the same problem in the same time frame! I can't even grab the stuff w/in the frame to move it, and while trying, things framed in other areas of the Prezi started to fly out of their frames.

I'll take a break and see if anyone helps us.

I'm excluding it from my path and hopefully it won't show but I want to know how to get rid of it.

That's exactly what I ended up doing. I used it and it's off to the side where it doesn't show, but it's taking up bandwidth...
HEY SOMEONE OUT THERE!! CAN YOU HELP LENA AND ME???

If you can't select the frame you want to delete, try zooming in our out until that frame is not grayed out (but blue). Then hover over it and when you see it forms a shadow, that's when you can select it (and therefore delete it). It sounds complicated but once you try it and realize how it works, then it's quite intuitive. Hope this helps!

I have the same problem. It is impossible to resize or delete a spesific frame. Inside the frame I have a picture. It is also impossible to grab the picture.

Solved... It is impossible to grab an object if you have another object in front of it. Even if it is transparent.
