Hi I was wondering could somebody help me, I was recently working on a prezi for work and I went in and made/added a few last min changes, but now I am getting the 'not enough memory' error. I do understand that this is my own fault getting carried away and stupidly using large images everywhere, but I cant get back in to delete or edit the prezi and the thoughts of starting it again are daunting!

Is there anyway of getting in or somebody in admin to get in and delete a few images (There is a main image of a meeting room table that is taking up most of the space which can be deleted)

Any help would be greatly appreciated my link is here

Marty,

Not a problem. I will go in and delete a few images (but save them for you) so you are able to edit your prezi. Then you can resize and add the images back.

Those are the images I removed so you are able to edit more of your prezi :)

I hope this helped!

Yes I did delete the images I posted. If you look to see which ones they are, you will notice they are no longer in your prezi. You had quite a bit of images, but they were all the correct size, so this shouldn't be the issue. Prezi uses a lot of the RAM on your computer, so the more applications/browsers/tabs you have open and the less RAM your computer has, the slower your computer will run and the longer it will take for your prezi to load. This could be the case for you. When I opened your prezi, it didn't crash, but it took forever for the images to load. If you have an older computer than the one I am using, this could be a problem for you. Please close out of all other apps and I suggest working on Google Chrome. Also please update to the latest version of Adobe Flash. If you still need me to delete more images after this I will.

Best of luck,
Alyssa

Hi Alyssa,

The images above didn't seem to be deleted on my end, I thought it was maybe a cache issue and forced refreshed it and also tried my link on other machines in the office and they where still there. But I did get onto it and was able to get the large table image in the background deleted and made a new save. For some reason tho I still cant get in and edit. I am working in Chrome no other windows or browsers (or packages) opened and this is a relatively new laptop (6 months old) and my adobe flash is updated. So I think I might need a few more images deleted, or maybe it will be best to start over again lol

Thanks again and so sorry for the hassle.

Alyssa,

ignore the above message that seems to be it sorted now, I think I was just having time-out issues or something in chrome, I tried it in firefox and it managed to load and I was able to make changes and do a download.

Thank you so much for all your help.
