Hi

I have an Edu emjoy account and have tried using the information above to make both the prezi and my profile private so that my prezi does not appear in an internet search. However, on trying to save my profile as private it always reverts back to public. Please can you let me know how to resolve this as my oprganisation are keen that my prezi is not visiable in the public domain unless shared with specific individuals.

Many Thanks

Once you login into prezi, and navigate to the my prezis section. After clicking on a prezi, at the top right hand corner you will be able to click, select, and change the privacy of the prezi. You can only make a prezi private if you are using an enjoy or pro license. To change your account privacy, go to the top right hand corner and click privacy to edit the privacy of this prezi.

Hi Alex

Thank you for your reply, unfortunatly I am still having problems with this. When I log into prezi I have my presentataion set to private but then when I go into account settings to change my profile to private it keeps reverting back to public. I have an edu enjoy license does this majke a difference as I keen to make sure both settings are set to private am I able to do this with my account?

Many Thanks

there are two ways to download a prezi to your computer :

- portable prezi gives a .zip file that is to view only and cannot be reloaded to prezi.com but could be share with anybody (mail, unzip to webservers, burn to cd/dvd, etc)
- prezi desktop allows you to download a .pez file which is editable only in prezi desktop. Note that while your prezi is in your computer as .pez file, it cannot be online. When you finish editing offline, just upload to prezi.com if needed.
