I run an incubator. All our startups have discovered prezie and are using it. However... none of us can figure out how to make a video auto-play during a presentation. Help please!

Hi A. Traviss Corry,

Unfortunately, Autoplay does not currently recognize videos.

However there is a way around it, but it can be time consuming. In order for the prezi to stay on the video longer, you need multiple path points on it. However, you are not able to add multiple points to one object in a row.

To do this:
1. You will have to alternate adding a path point to the video and then to another object and then the video again and then the other object again over and over until you have desire amount of path points on the video (5 min video = 30 path point with 10 sec option, etc.).
2. Once you have the path points set, remove the path points you set on the other object in between the video.
3. This will cause the video to have multiple path points in a row and will play the full length of the video.

Also, if you want to use a third party, have a look at Slidedynamics workaround: http://www.slidedynamic.com/prezi-aut... this may help you but is not supported by Prezi - use the search engine to find other ways.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks Travis,

Just encountered the same problem and used your 'work around'. But also got good results by creating a 'silent' audio file to the the length of the video and inserting this at the required path step.
