Hi Eloisa,

What type of image file are you inserting. Make sure its an accepted format (https://prezi.com/learn/insert-images/). Sometimes changing the format type will let you insert the image. try zamzar.com to change formats. Does this happen with different images too?

Hope this helps!

Hi Eloisa,

Then it's probably a problem with your firewall blocking prezi. Please white list *.prezi.com This should remove that error and allow you to insert photos.

Hope this helps!

Hi B,

Now it's ok! The problem was with the browser. In Windows Explorer you can insert the image. Firefox doesn't work.

Thanks for your help!

Hi Ariana,

Can you please send me your prezi link and I'll see if there are any corrupt files. Do you get any error messages?

Also, Please update your flash and restart your computer (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/). It solves most of these problems.

Hope this helps,
B
