Just purchased a pro account so I could use Prezi Desktop editor. I was finishing up a presentation on it last night - now I can't open that presentation. I get the following error:

id: 1200 the reason is: ErrorEvent ioError Error #2032

I purchased the pro subscription to edit my Prezis with the desktop editor. This presentation is due today and I desperately need to have this problem resolved.

Hey,

Is there any way you can upload the pez and send me a link? This sounds very strange.

http://ge.tt is a good free service.

So sorry for the troubles you're experiencing and hope I can help.

Cheers,

Hi Punti,

your prezi has very large zoom level differences. Unfortunately the size and depth of the Prezi canvas is limited by the mathematics of the Adobe Flash platform. I made a copy of your prezi and rescaled it a bit: http://prezi.com/klfxrnwpyety/. If it loads fine, please use the "Make a copy" button to copy it back into your account. If not, please try deleting the Flash cache.

Kind regards,

Katrin

I have the exact same problem, too.
Prezi worked just fine until recently.
I use Mac OS X, 10.6.8 and have Adobe Flash Player 11.2
I do not have large zoom level differences.

To the others having the same problem: What did work to be able to give the presentation: Just open it in edit mode in your browser and then present it from there ("Show")

This is the second time this month that this dysfunction has happened. Very disappointing. The Powerpoint people around me are getting very smug.

I have been working on a companies new hire orientation now for a month. I have had numerous problems with the website. Now when I try to edit my prezi, it says "we could not load your prezi." The week before the website kept saying "error." This is very frustrating and I have put too much into this presentation to change over to microsoft powerpoint. Please help and advise how to fix this problem. That would be greatly appreicated.

Same error messages as many have experienced. Is there a larger issue we should be aware of. Presentations are a critical part of my business and I have had several instances this month of not being able to access, edit and use my presentations. Please advise, again as a very large presentation in the AM that I need to brush up and prepare.

Oddly enough it started to work the next morning, with no changes made on my part. The issue effected all of my Prezi's regardless of content.

I am a huge Prezi believer, I love what Prezi does, and using it daily I have recommended Prezi countless times. As someone who relies on it heavily it can be frustrating when it becomes unavailable at critical times.

Hi Sonia,

Please make sure that JavaScript, cookies, Flash and pop-ups are allowed/white-listed for *.prezi.com, *.prezi.com.s3.amazonaws.com and prezi-a.akamaihd.net in your browser and any firewall software, browser privacy add-on, etc. that you may be running on your computer. You can find more about this in our knowledge base: https://prezi.zendesk.com/entries/225....

Trying another browser (We use Firefox, Chrome & Safari mostly.) and updating Flash from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ might also help, see http://href.prezi.com/modern-browser for directions.

Kind regards,

Zsofi

Sam here....

id: 1200 the reason is: [SecurityErrorEvent type="securityError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2048"]

And the prezi is new!

Hi Elvira,

Do you have the HTTPS Everywhere - https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere - browser addon installed? That one is known to cause these errors. Please try disabling it for "Amazon Web Services" and toggling the "Secure connection (SSL)" setting on https://prezi.com/settings/. On my computer, your prezi loaded fine when I had "Amazon Web Services" disabled in the plugin and SSL generally enabled on https://prezi.com/settings/.

If you don't have the HTTPS Everywhere installed (is only available for Chrome and Firefox, BTW), the errors might be due to a firewall or network problem on your end. Please check whether *.prezi.com, *.prezi.com.s3.amazonaws.com, prezi-a.akamaihd.net and/or Adobe Flash are blocked somehow. To be sure, whitelist both in the settings of your firewall and similar web-security software. If you are behind an institutional firewall, the help of the responsible IT people is probably needed here.

Kind regards,

Zsofi

I have the same problem!!! HELP!!! I'm not able to open my Prezi anymore!!!
I constantly get this message; "Something went wrong. We could not load a media file in your prezi. Please reload your prezi en try again. Technical details; id: 2000 the reason is: PreziError id: 2002 the reason is: ErrorEvent ioError Error # 2124". What to do now??? Please help me asap,-i'm in front of a big presentation. I've tried to reload it for a 100 times, but no access. I'm working on a desktop version so no online link available unfortunately. I'm in desperate need of your help!!

Hi Heleen,

This error appears to be caused by non-standard formatting of the image files you inserted. Please try converting them into another supported format - see https://prezi.zendesk.com/entries/224... - and avoid settings like transparency (sometimes called 'alpha') or animation (for GIFs). Photoshop in particular has an option entitled "save for web and devices" that seems to cause the 2124 error. Please try the regular save function without any "optimisations".

Kind regards,

Zsofi

Dear Prezi Team,
Hi Zsofi,

The same error occured on our prezi as well. After I finished my presentation on the desktop app I started synchronizing (s. attachement). The prezi is still uploading and I can't edit it anymore cause the file disappeared of the "on your computer" folder.

http://prezi.com/_7a4pfeqnwts/kletter...

Please help me out. I need to pitch tomorrow!!! Only a working copy would save my ass...

Thanks,
D.

Hi,
I'm attempting to sync my desktop Prezi with Prezi.com and the upload seems to be stuck. It's been working for 55 minutes and nothing. I can't seem to access the Prezi from either the desktop or the website now - it's in some sort of limbo. I'm really bummed out to lose 5 or so hours of work. Any way to recover it or to cancel the upload from my desktop?
