Hi, I've just signed up for Edu Pro (trial period) but I'm abit confused, do I now need to also sign up for Prezi Desktop, or is this included? Do I have to download anything to access Prezi Desktop and do I have to pay anything extra? Sorry to be so questioning!

Hello John,

I'm sorry but the above does not help me, as I have already been to the two areas you suggest to find out more prior to contacting Prezi, and I'm still no wiser.

I want to know whether the PreziDesktop is included in Edu Pro (which is the package I've opted for)?

It is not clear how to get PreziDesktop, nor whether I have to pay more for it, because in the two links you have sent me, it suggests that if you have Edu Pro then you can use PreziDesktop, but how?

Hi Chéo Rhodes,

you need to sign in with your new account first then under this link https://prezi.com/desktop/ you will find an install Prezi Desktop image (scroll down the page a bit) you will also have to install Adobe Air, which if I remember correctly will be offered to you as part of the installation. I put the pricing page in to show you that you are entitled to Desktop as part of Edu Pro deal (look under the Edu Pro list to see desktop).

Hope this helps

Let me know how you get on

cheers

John
