My email login not found - not associated with my presentation so can't edit - SOS

SOS - Signed up as trial user and can see my presentations but now have been logged out and the system does not recognize my email address as being registered as a user. I'm on deadline and have a presentation 1/2 way done that I can see but no longer edit. Is there a # for tech support? Help please...

I first tried logging in with both the emails I use (in case I was incorrectly remembering the one I registered with initially) but the system would not recognize them. When I tried resetting passwords the system did not find either email address. So I set up a new account. Please help. Thanks.

I went into our system and checked your email. Then I checked the email you used for this site. You spelled the Prezi email wrong, but I can't change it because you already created another account with the correct spelling. You can login though. The email is spelled with a 'G' in the middle of 'V' and 'K' in 'vkeller' is looks like 'vgkeller'

I didn't want to put your whole email address here. You can login with that email if you remember the password or you can tell me a different email you have and I can change it for you.

Hi Alyssa. The email/login should be vkeller@veritaspartnership.com. That is the one that is registered that I can login to. If you could kindly connect my presentations to that email, I would really appreciate it.
I need to be able to finish this presentation today as I have a team waiting on this. Thank you.
(feel free to delete the other account once the presentations have been linked to the correct one)

Hi. I'm sorry but I don't understand from your last message what is needed from me...? I need to have my existing prezis (Valerie Keller - the 2 urls I sent earlier in this exchange) linked to my CURRENT account which is the vkeller@veritaspartnership.com account. I just logged in and they are not there. I have a team waiting for the E3S presentation and can not finish it. Can you please ensure this are correctly linked to my account asap? I will then upgrade that account per my other email exchange with your colleagues Drew and Alex. But I am not keen to upgrade until I can actually access my current presentations and finish those. That is because your email is under vgkeller@veritaspartnership.com. I cannot change it to vkeller@veritaspartnership.com because you already registered another account with that email. I need a different email address to change the vgkeller@veritaspartnership.com account that your prezis are under.

No you would have to send yourself from your vgkeller@veritaspartnership.com account, the Share link to the prezis. We don't normally delete accounts for people, because it could end up in the future that you need that account for some reason. We don't link accounts and we don't like to delete. If you don't have any other email I can use, I will make an exception and delete your account.

Upon your request, I deleted your account with no prezis and updated the email on the account with prezis to your correct email. Now please login with vkeller@veritaspartnership.com and you will see your prezis!

My email changed from ppavlik@andrew.cmu.edu, but I did not change my Prezi email in time, so now I am locked out. Can you switch me to ppavlik@memphis.edu, my new email?
