I created my prezi and then I downloaded it. Now my prezi is gone! What happened? I spent a long time creating this presentation and I am a paying customer. Please help!

Hello Anabel,

Do you have the link for the prezi in your history? I could use that to search in our system. Also, how did you download it, a .pez or .zip? Can I also have the email you signed up with?

Best,

In addition, I was charged the yearly fee of $59 dollars on September 4th. I attempted to call the number that comes up on the recurring charge, 361-799-5002, for assistance regarding my presentation being gone, but the operator says that this is a wrong number.

You can copy a copy of your prezi here https://prezi.com/zugo7ixzbgpk/poetry... I dont think that that could have caused this. But it may have. it is fixed.

I was able to make a copy. But can you reset my profile to private? It would be appreciated. A lot of my work this year needs to be private. My presentations are for high school students, and I need to protect them.

I'm sorry, but your account is set to public and I cannot set it to enjoy. There must be a reason it is public.

Is there a sales number I can call, because I did pay for it and it is in my credit card account. The only next step I see I can take is to dispute the charge as false charges and file a report against prezi. I do not wish to do this because I do like the technology and software application you offer. However, the services promised are not being met for the price I paid.
