hello Lauren,

IO_ERROR can result from different error sources. If no prezi loads for you, not even new, empty ones, most likely some over-eager firewall or web-security software or browser addon is blocking Adobe Flash or JavaScript from Please check the settings of such software and, to be sure, white-list both technologies for * In IE, there is also the additional requirement to enable ActiveX in addition to Flash.

If only a certain Prezi is affected, it is more likely that it s broken somehow. Most likely because of image files that exceed the 2880x2880 resolution limit or too large zoom level differences between objects in the prezi. Both are unfortunately mathematical limits of the Adobe Flash platform. If you provide the prezi's URL, my colleagues and me can probably fix it for you.

If the IO_ERROR still appears afterwards, please clear the browser and Flash cache. The latter can be found by right-clicking on the prezi canvas: "Global Flash settings > Storage > Delete all" and "Advanced > Delete all".

Dont forget the general updates of your computer (graphic card, DirectX...)
