Hi Eddi,

When you download the presentation for offline viewing, you will get 2 files and some extras. Most important are the .exe (windows) and .dmg (mac) files. Just use those to view the presentation.

Hope this helps,

B

Hi Eddi,

In general Prezi can handle images up to 2880x2880 pixels (https://prezi.com/learn/insert-images/)

Sometimes images are corrupt. Try re uploading that image to your online prezi, then downloding it for offline viewing. Sometimes changing the file type can help.

Hope this helps,
B

Yeah B!
I changed the resolution from about 8000x 7000 :-) to 2880 x 2880 and now it works. Sry for asking....i would have found the answer on my own if i had read the Manual better.

"The maximum size for images is 2880 by 2880 pixels. You may succeed in uploading a JPG larger than this, but that will cause many various problems while editing and presenting. (These limitations are coming from the Flash platform itself.)"

Thx B
