I have a number of presentations prepared in Powerpoint for use in lectures. Is it possible to convert into Prezi or do I start all over again?

Hi Bernard,
If you just want to import your slides into Prezi:

If you want to build a prezi from scratch, you can use the images, videos, etc from the ppt and upload them into prezi:

Additional help can be found in our Prezi Manual:

When I uploaded my PPT as a PDF, the pages landed non-parallel to the screen. I can straighten each individually with the zebra but is there a way to have it done automatically?

I don't see an "upload" button anywhere.

Hi Jason, in the Prezi bubble menu, go to insert, file, go to the directory where you store your PDFs and upload your PDF file - Prezi will insert all slides onto the canvas. Shortcut is 'L' for load...

I'm attempting this for the first time tonight, and I'm receiving this error " we cannot convert the file you tried to add Technical details:
id: 2560" ...... this is after an extended "we are processing your media"

Help please!

the manual I see on the website is very basic. I saved my pp as a pdf and inserted it into prezi. I can move the slides around and do paths but I thought we could separate elements in the slide. I used the "hidden frame" to draw a blue outline around the content I want separated but then when I try the zebra or path it doesn't isolate it. I'm missing some step.

I also can not figure out where to put stuff small into little places. What is that process? Do I make a frame and make the text really little and move it into the small space? Then what?

I too received 2560s when uploading various powerpoints. The powerpoints are large given the imagery content (~15MB), but the powerpoint elements themselves are pretty basic; no animations, etc. Just a lot of bulleted slides...
