After creating a Prezi, can you download to a thumb drive, put it onto a laptop, and present? Do you need the software loaded to the laptop you use?

I would work the prezi at home, on my desktop, load to a thumb drive, and present via my work laptop.

Also, will a you tube download to the thumb drive and work?

You can certainly download your Prezi and save it to what ever portable media you would like. However, it is not editable. To edit it you will have to open it up online and then re-download it. Also, YouTube videos that are embedded within your Prezi will need to have the internet in order to work.

To download your Prezi, select the option "download" at the bottom of your Prezi's window when you open it up online.
