I wanted to open Prezi desktop (trial version for 30 days) offline, but this was not possible; I had to be connected with Internet. What am I doing wrong.

Hi Robert,

what exactly to you mean with "was not possible"? If there was any error message, please quote it in full.

Generally, Prezi Desktop needs to connect at least once, to download license and theme data. Afterwards, it can run 100% offline.

Kind regards,

Katrin

Dear Katrin,
Thank you for your reply. I have "activated" it on the notebook; but it always asks again for E-Mail and password and needs the internet connection (if no connection, it says that password or user is wrong.
With kind regards

Dear Katrin,
The topic was not a help for me, because:
- I have Windows Vista
- I could not find the German equivalent ("ELS", C:\Users\__YOUR_USERNAME__\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\AIR\ELS\com.prezi.PreziDesktop\*
and so on), as I have my windows in German.
So I could not erase anything.
With kind regards

Ach so!

Vielen Dank!
Gruss
Robert
