I've made several Prezi with my PRO account and I'd like to use them on iPad
I've installed the Prezi App, trying to upload Prezi trough iTunes.
The file is completely uploaded on the iPad. I tap on it and it starts processing all the images.
When I upload a PEZ File through iTunes
1 - if i'm not connected to the web, when the file starts the viewer shows my prezi without images...
2 - if i'm connected, the viewer process images for first run... until the last image (Loading image 23 of 23 for example)... and it stops!!! I think it's loading... but no sign on the screen. The same thing may happens with different message ("syncing with online" message... and appears a button on the top right corner to proceed without syncing).
3 - if I go back and restart the prezi loading, it reaches fast the same place, and then freeze...
4 - if i close internet connection, and restart the prezi... it works! (only offline it may lose some content)
The problem is that every time it takes about 3/4 mins to load a PEZ prezi!!! Is it normal?!?
Connecting from online, it take just the download time of the prezi... shorter than the local PEZ loading (incredible)
And finally... in the pez file are stored all the text and the graphics... and the video?
In a prezi I've inserted a Flv Video (correctly running)
If I save the PEZ file in the iPad I find only a "video" tag... and it doesn't work even saving the flv file in the root of prezi App.
I hope to help your support with this short report.
Please give me an answer asap.
