Hi

When i go to load my Prezi, or my colleagues go to view it online, before it loads we see a message 'Prezi could not load one of your graphics - if you see something missing please try to upload/place it again.' This is error id 2100. I do not see any images missing, so how do i stop this message appearing? It appears 4 times!

This is my Prezi http://prezi.com/vinkdl8dcxw7/kensa-e...

Sorry the URL for this is http://prezi.com/vinkdl8dcxw7/edit/#6...

I have tried to do some of the tricks i have found on the forum and on some occassions it seems to load fine, but on other occassions i still have the error.

Also i have noticed sometimes when it loads it stops and i just get a grey exclamation mark.

And on other occassions when it does load, the Prezi screen is all black and it is zoomed in to the max - i click the arrow to play to the next screen then it zooms out and shows the Prezi fine?! Any ideas how i can make the Prezi screen load with the main image as the main screen, instead of the black screen and being zoomed in?

Thank you.

Hello!

Your prezi contains several images that exceeded the 2880x2880px resolution limit. Most modern cameras shoot photos with more than 8 megapixels, which is unfortunately the limit for Prezi due to restrictions by the Adobe Flash platform.

Please check the source files which ones those are and delete them from the prezi. Then, render their resolution down below 2880x2880px and insert them again. Any image editor will do, I for example use IrfanView.

If you don't have the source files to check, just let me know and I'll delete them for you and send you back-up copies via email.

Kind regards,

Katrin

From the URLs, only the middle, random string is necessary for us admins to find and fix your prezi ;-) My above advice still apply.

Hi

Thanks for your very prompt response! I hadn't realised how huge some of my files were! I have attended to all of this now. This seems to have resolved the error message issue, so thank you for that!

However, when i go to view the Prezi, its opening screen is zoomed in to the max, so it looks like a plain black screen. To see the Prezi as i have structured it, and the first screen in the path, i have to click the right arrow - is this normal?

Many thanks

Steph

No, it should always show either the 1st path point, or the overview. It loads the latter for me, though. This problem can most likely be solved by reducing the size differences. This could mean that you have to change the layout, sorry. Nesting content like this in details of a background image is OK, but doing it again to create a 3rd level hits the mathematical limits of the Flash platform. In case you saw "Inception": 3 level is just too unstable ;-)

Hello Katrin,

My prezi tells me that there are 2 graphics that could not be loaded. But I can't find them to delete them.

I would like to be able to delete these files myself but I't know how. Reading the forums I constantly see you fixing it for people, could you look at mine as well?

The report is: Prezi could not load one of your graphics. If you see something missing, please try to upload/place it again

Hi Jurien,

the error doesn't come up for me, but I found 2 very over-sized images (the "...outdoor..." logos and one photograph). I deleted them, the prezi should load fine for you now.

Kind regards,

Katrin

Hi Sid,

these 2 GIFs are broken or of an unsupported format (animated GIF, transparent background etc.).

http://0103.static.prezi.com.s3.amazo...

Please convert them to another supported image format before reinserting them into your prezi. I will delete the broken versions from your prezi once you give me the green light.

Kind regards,

Katrin

I am getting this same error message too; I am aware that the file is somewhat heavy, but I do not see any graphics or videos that fail to load:

Is there a way I can remove or avoid the message myself, or can only administrators do that?
Thank you, Jeroen

Hi Oskam,

usually, animated GIFs produce this error, but the ones I found in your prezi look OK. The most likely culprit is this Flash movie:
http://0103.static.prezi.com.s3.amazo...

Please delete it (or give me the green light to), exit and reenter the prezi. If the error message disappeared, you need to convert the file to another supported video format before reinserting.

Kind regards,

Katrin

Hi Lizzy,

I noticed you are still editing your prezi.
I can remove the corrupted file but I will have to ask you to exit the presentation temporarily.

Hi helpers,

Great to have found this discussion. Having exactly the same issue - I have all the images I want in my presentation but still seeing error message telling me one couldn't be uploaded (whatever it is, I'm happy for it to be deleted from here: http://prezi.com/8cud_si9mtlz/teacher...)

id: 2100 the reason is: w=0, h=0; b(w,h)=(0,0);
url=http://0103.static.prezi.com.s3.amazo...

Thanks in advance for your help in locating and deleting :-)
