Today whilst going through my credit card statement I realized that a debit transaction by PREZI INC 4153988012 CA for 159.00 USD, dated 17th April. I would have loved to pay that price for a program that fit my needs, but this one did not so I cancelled it within the trial period. I believe there should be some type of email notification system to keep your customers posted about what's happening with the account. There were no emails from Prezi so far so I could get alerted about it. Prezi silently took $159 out of my credit card. If you go through my account and logs at your end, I'm sure you find no activity except may be the trialed prezi. Surprisingly, I couldn't find any contact number so not able to sort this out over the phone. It's unfair to charge someone who never used your services so I request for the full refund, immediately please.
