Req for Refund: Trial cancelled but still got charged $159

I've signed up the Pro trial on 17th March & spent few minutes on the tool, it's truly innovative & great but it's not my cup of tea yet so forwarded it to couple of friends whom I thought would be interested and cancelled on the same day and forgot about it.

Today whilst going through my credit card statement I realized that a debit transaction by PREZI INC 4153988012 CA for 159.00 USD, dated 17th April. I would have loved to pay that price for a program that fit my needs, but this one did not so I cancelled it within the trial period. I believe there should be some type of email notification system to keep your customers posted about what's happening with the account. There were no emails from Prezi so far so I could get alerted about it. Prezi silently took $159 out of my credit card. If you go through my account and logs at your end, I'm sure you find no activity except may be the trialed prezi. Surprisingly, I couldn't find any contact number so not able to sort this out over the phone. It's unfair to charge someone who never used your services so I request for the full refund, immediately please.

I have had the same thing happen to me I used it once and then I am sure I cancelled but still got charged, I don't know if this was a glitch but I feel really abused...... and I was charged this morning and I have been trying and trying but nothing but and automated response and I am about to go overdraft.... I have bills and other obligations and I wont have it and I am not even going to use it... HELp
