Change transcript of prezi

I was sure a couple of weeks ago I was able to view all of the text in my Prezi at once which was great for checking for grammatical errors (i'm dyslexic). I can't seem to be able to do this now. Is this something I have imagined or am I able to do this?

Hello Hans,

I hear you and our developers are aware of this issue but I cannot make you any promises.

Transcripts should normally update after 24 hours. As a temporary workaround I would suggest trying to clear the cookies and cache of the browser that you're using and seeing if this helps.

Also,
I understand it's a strange workaround, but if you duplicate (Save a copy of) your prezi, there will be no transcript in the copy:
  • Select the prezi from your prezi library and scroll to the options below it.

  • From the toolbar of options, click on 'Save a copy' to duplicate your prezi. When you click on 'Save a copy', a duplicate of the prezi will be saved as the first prezi in your prezi library.

Warm regards,
Vera

Hello John,

I am sorry for any inconvenience.

I merged your comment to a thread where similar issues are discussed, so you could see some possible solutions to the problem.

As workarounds you could try and copy-paste your content into a new prezi to generate a fresh transcript, or if you only need the text of your prezi, try and copy-paste it into a text editor.

I hope it helps you with the problem, if not, do not hesitate to contact me.

Best,
Vanda
