I downloaded a trial version of Prezi at the beginning of the year but unfortunately it wasn't for us as we would like more control over the branding of the presentation. This feature, I believe, has since been updated so I would like to test whether Prezi would now be useful as I have had a lot of queries from colleagues. Even though I have created a new account with my business email it is still recognising that I have had a previous trial version on my machine before and mentions I need to upgrade. Is there anyway I can trial Prezi again with the new features as I think we may now be able to utilise this innovative tool.

Hi Paula,

this is quite a unique support request ;-) I assume some registry entries or AppData files are left over, please search in the registry and in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData and remove them.

There are many PC clean-up and maintenance tools to help you with that. From personal experience I can recommend http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner.

for Mac's, it is /Library/Application Support/PreziDesktop3.
