Hi Talia,
I am able to open it here OK - have you moved location / wifi area? it may be that Prezi.com is being blocked by some security measure:

- check to see if you have the latest versions of Adobe flash and Adobe Air
- check you do not have a Firewall / virus checker that is blocking Prezi - you may need to whitelist Prezi.com in its security properties
- Is your internet connection OK - is it just Prezi.com giving you the problem?
- can you open it from another computer (e.g. a friends living elsewhere) this would indicate a local problem
- if you can try another browser (Firefox,Chrome etc).

let me know how you get on

cheers

John

Hi Talia,

The link you gave appears to be broken. Could you please send me the viewing url to your prezi so I can see if this is a local issue.

Since this is an ioError, there may be a few reasons for this, try:

- Using another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc) to see if this helps
- Also check to see if you have the latest versions of Adobe flash and Adobe Air: Please visit http://www.adobe.com/products/flashpl... and http://get.adobe.com/air/
- are you behind a firewall - try whitelisting Prezi.com
- check you do not have a virus checker that is blocking Prezi
- Is your internet connection OK - is it just Prezi.com giving you the problem?

Let me know if this helps.

Travis
