Having a problem with the Pop & Win showing up after entering for the Superprize at PCH.COM

Many times when I enter for the 1million a year for life: the 6 keys don't download to bring me to the 6 extra entries where I would finally reach the POP&WIN. Am I doing somethind wrong?

Hey Ellen,

Sorry to hear of the difficulties you have experienced! In order to use that website (http://new.pch.com), you must have the following minimum system requirements:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Firefox 3 or higher, Safari 5 or higher, or Google Chrome
Windows 7, Vista, or XP
Mac OS X
1.5 Ghz processor or better
Flash 10 or higher
56k internet connection or better
Javascript enabled
1024 x 768 screen resolution or higher

Other operating systems or browsers may work, but cannot be guaranteed to work and will not be supported at this time.

In rare instances pop-up blockers may prevent you from launching a page. If you use a pop-up blocker and are having trouble launching a page, try the following:

1. Hold down the "Ctrl" key and click to override the popup blocker
2. Set your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from this site

You may need to update the free Flash player software that we use for all our free online websites. To update your free Flash player software, please visit the Adobe website at: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

You may need to restart the computer after installation.

If you are still are having difficulties, we recommend that you clear your web browser cache and cookies as well as clearing your Flash Player cache. To clear the Flash Player cache:

1. Reboot your computer.
2. Sign in to our website and right-click on the game area.
3. From the Flash Player pop-up menu choose Settings and then Local Storage.
4. Set the Local Storage slider to zero.
5. Close the Settings window.
6. Close and reopen your browser
