Need help getting on my PCH Service Account

I can not go on my PCH Customer Service account. I used my email and password, now it says it is wrong. I typed in my email to have my password resent..I never receive an email. I have tried different days to do this, so it is NOT just happening today. I tried doing another profile, it says I can't there is already an existing account. This is becoming frustrating to say the least. What do I do now???

    • I have tried everything that was suggested to me about fixing this problem and still no email to reset my password.. I will have to call the 1-800 tomorrow since today is Labor Day and PCH is closed. Thanks for your help but it still doesn't fix the problem..even having troubles with my orders but that one has gone to Corporate or so I was told when I talked to a customer service rep on friday. Hopefully, this all gets fixed soon.. FRUSTRATING to say the least!
