Need help getting on my PCH Service Account

I can not go on my PCH Customer Service account. I used my email and password, now it says it is wrong. I typed in my email to have my password resent..I never receive an email. I have tried different days to do this, so it is NOT just happening today. I tried doing another profile, it says I can't there is already an existing account. This is becoming frustrating to say the least. What do I do now???
