Not a Happy PCH Customer

Won't be shopping with them anymore. There accounting dept can't keep orders straight, and they don't respond when you have a question. Also noted some of the items are overpriced.

    Please be aware that checks or money orders with multiple payments are applied starting with your oldest open balance. To ensure that your payments are applied correctly, please send each payment separately in its supplied envelope with the Order Number in the memo field.

    You may also make payments on selected orders with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Debit Card (bearing a Visa or MasterCard logo). It's easy! Just go to http://www.pch.com/pay. You will be prompted to enter your 11-digit Customer ID along with your ZIP Code.

    To make a payment, simply select the order(s) you wish to pay and click on the "Pay Now Credit Card Payment" button at the bottom of the page. Please note that you can only pay full payments on each order at this time.

    You can make partial payments using your credit card by calling us at the number below.

    For Billing, Order Related, Sweepstakes or any other inquiries, please call us toll-free at 1-800-645-9242. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

    Please also note the PCH does price match on competitor's lower offers.

    • Chris you'd better take a hard look at your billing dept, because they are billing me for stuff that I paid for going back to last April. Somebody screwed up big time. They won't reply to make faxes asking for help, nor my phone calls. I think PCH should stand for "Poor Customer Help"

  • Yeah I saw the same deal, I even saw some items that cost more then in the stor. After shipping and handling. Only now my bill is so much I have to chip away at it till I can pay it off then no more.

    PCH = Pretty Crooked Hucksters. Overpriced, crappy merchandise (binoculars with something inside the glass) and a billing department that would make Enron look above board.

  • PCH does anyone in your company know what they are doing..... I order a pendant received two letters from your company stating I would have to pay for this item before you would send it to me, for I owed your company all of $34.00
    So I emailed you stating I will no longer be a customer due to this decision you made after I have been purchasing things for a year or so.

    Then I receive a bill for the pendant that I NEVER RECEIVED...

    What is wrong with your company, I expect for you to delete the amount of $27.95 from my account for the product you told me twice you were sending (which I have the copies of the letters) and then you bill me.

    Also you WILL NOT receive the balance of approx. $34 until this pendant issued is cleared. I will also be contacting the BBB for I am sure they will be interested in this.

  • I have a 20.95 bill to pay for the extention dusters that I purchased. They both broke while I was cleaning my ceiling fans with them. Very flimsy pieces of junk. It didn't even help that they were buy one get one free 'cause they both broke! Not sure I want to order again based on such poor performance.

  • PCH costumer service reps can not connect you to the billing department? That's what we were just told by a rep. That they are not allowed to have the billing departments phone number. A delinquency was put on our account when we haven't even received a bill yet. But we can't get that fixed because there is no way to get ahold of the billing department which are the only ones who can do that. WTF kind of bull is that! What a joke and scam
