Feeds stopped refreshing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app and the preloaded feeds wouldn't refresh either. Using an HTC Thunderbolt. Pulse worked great until yesterday...

Hello,

We're really sorry about this. Can you try exiting the app, closing it out of the multitasking bar, and then reopening the app? Then pull the entire page to refresh ONCE. This should load all of the content. Please let me know how this goes. Also, we have addressed this issue and it should be fixed in an update very soon. We're sorry for any inconvenience. Thanks for using Pulse!

i have the same problem on two DIFFERENT android devices (Asus T-101) and Sony Xperia. I have about 20 feeds, and maybe 2 of them are updating.

The fact that it is 2 different devices tells me it i the app and nothing to do with the hardware.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for writing us and sharing your experience! A few things - does refreshing the individual feed help (pulling the source left to right)? Or refreshing the entire feed (pulling down)?

Also, can you share with us which update frequency setting your Pulse app is set to? You can find this under Settings>Data Usage>Update Frequency.

Thank you for your patience and help in answering the questions while we determine what's going on.

Best,

I'm having this issue on my iPad 3 and iPhone 4S, both running iOS 5. It was fine until a few days ago, now it's getting hung up every few hours. Tried refreshing all at once, refreshing individual feeds, force quitting the app and reopening, and deleting then reinstalling.

Hi Theresa,

Thank you for writing us! We apologize for the issue you are experiencing. We'll pass along this information to our iOS team, however, in the meantime, can you try to remove one of your sources and re-add it from the catalog and let us know if this updates your source? Also, can you share with us how many sources/pages you have?

We truly appreciate your patience while we determine the problem.

Regards,
